Each Class Includes:
Competitions, Games & Sports — Fun and fitness go together! Kids are allowed a source or relaxation, stimulation and competition!
Nutrition Discussions - importance of hydration, fruits, vegetables and super foods
Weekly Motor Skills — Agility, Endurance, Strength and Speed + Social & Life Skills
a. Examples: Push ups, jumping, running, climbing, dribbling, pulling, throwing, catching
Flexibility — The importance of stretching and stimulating blood flow and muscle development / recovery
Target Muscle Groups — Abdominal / Core, Biceps / Triceps, Lower Body / Quad, Back / Shoulder
